Close your eyes and picture something you really want. Not something you eh kinda want, like a new pair of shoes. But something the must have. Like a new living situation for yourself or family. Or your weight loss goal to reach by the summer. Now see yourself as already having it. Throughout the day as you become more preoccupied, go back to this image. Your imagination is a powerful weapon against day to day discouragement.
