Deep breathing exercises

  • Deep breathing exercises are excellent when you are stressed. Breathe in deeply through your nose and then release the tension through blowing through your mouth. Repeat 5 to 7 times if you are really wound up. This helped me today. I only had to do this exercise 3 times and felt a little lighter. Then the sprinklers went off at work…literally raining on my parade. Buttttt I still feel calm. Try it out.
